Began reading a book today entitled: "Death by Church: Rescuing Jesus from His Followers/Recapturing God's hope for His People." I'm hoping it will lead me to a better understanding of what Jesus meant for the purpose of the church to be. I'd like to be in a church that personifies the Kingdom of God on earth, as the representatives of Jesus to the world. I need to determine what criteria are important in a church for both myself and my family.
